Abstract

The workshop examined how AI could bridge digital trade matching and physical logistics. Drawing on cross-border freight practice, Sean Feng outlined a three-phase path: strengthen operational data, create AI-assisted virtual branches and connect agents to intelligent fulfilment. The discussion also considered trust, local networks and industry-academia collaboration.
